Job Description: Law and Criminal Justice Paralegal - Judicial Assistant
The Law and Criminal Justice Paralegal - Judicial Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of the judicial system. Key Responsibilities:

7. Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits, organizing evidence, and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure smooth proceedings.
8. Attend court sessions and document proceedings, accurately recording case details, legal arguments, and outcomes.
9. Assist in the coordination of jury selection, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedural requirements are met.
10. Manage and maintain the court's filing and document management systems, ensuring all records are properly cataloged, updated, and accessible.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
2. Proven experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant in a judicial setting.
3. In-depth knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and relevant laws and regulations.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft legal documents and communicate effectively with legal professionals and court personnel.
5. Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather, evaluate, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
6. Proficient in using legal research tools, database management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
